Indian village women are talented artisans. They are colorful both in their dress and attitude toward life. They take intense pride in their work, and are eager to learn new techniques. Our education, outreach, training and marketing programs make it possible for these village women to become artisans while working at home, and receive fair compensation for their handcrafted work.
Village women benefit from this program in the following ways:
· They become financially empowered and become skilled
artisans. They get to express their creative spirit in new ways. These
emotionally empowered women are extremely proud of their work and the
fact that they are changing their own futures.
·Send their children to school. 
·Receive medical care for themselves and their families.
·Choice is now an active part of their thought process.
